We are all very aware of how important it is to have well qualified and properly checked teachers. The role of the teacher is one of the most influential in the development of children and as such background screening plays a crucial factor in the hiring process.

It is recommended that a CRB Check should always be conducted.

Additionally, depending upon depth required the following checks are also suggested:

• Integrity Check
• Employee Check
